Professor Mervyn E. King is chair of the King Committee on Corporate Governance for South Africa and an international corporate governance thought leader. The 4th edition of the King Report has been cited as "the most effective summary of the best international practices in corporate governance”. Mervyn E. King is a former judge of the South African Supreme Court and corporate lawyer.
Simon Walker, CBE, is the lead non-executive director of the UK Department for International Trade. He was Director General of the Institute of Directors from 2011–2016. His former positions include Communications Secretary to HM Queen Elizabeth II and advisor to former Prime Minister, John Major.
Kai Eide is a retired Norwegian diplomat and former ambassador to NATO and the OSCE. Eide has served as Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General in Kosovo, as Representative of the UN Secretary-General in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and as State Secretary to the Prime Minister of Norway.
Anita Pratap is an international award-winning writer and journalist, who has been on the staff of The Indian Express, India Today, Time Magazine, and CNN, where she served as bureau chief for India.
Paul Chan is Chair of the Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors. He also serves in the working group that developed the 5-Year Corporate Governance Blueprint initiated by Securities Commission Malaysia, as Council Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and as Secretary General of Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance.
Founding Member: Jo Iwasaki represents ACCA, a FutureBoards Founding Member. She is head of Corporate Governance in the Professional Insights team of ACCA, and has published and lectured on a wide range of corporate governance topics. Ms. Iwasaki is a qualified accountant, with extensive experience in auditing and assurance.
